About Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all of our orders.

The postage is included in all of the prices for UK Delivery only. This should take 1-2 working days.

All countries outside of the UK will be charged postage and packing.

For outside of the UK, we use the Royal Mail Airmail service.
Delivery to western Europe takes 3 days, Eastern Europe 4
and the Rest of the world 5 days.

Working days are Monday to Friday.
Saturdays, Sundays, Public holidays and Bank holidays are not included.

Your poncho or shawl will be posted as soon as we receive the email from Worldpay (our secure payment processor) with your order details.
